    The Committee on Veterans Affairs and Homeland Security moves to amend the bill on page one, line 10, by amending the title of the bill to read as follows:

“A BILL to amend and reenact §18-2-34 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the awarding of high school diplomas by the state board of education to certain military veterans; removing requirement that a veteran of the Korean war or of the Vietnam conflict must have been attending high school at the time he or she left prior to graduating and served in the military; providing for awarding high school diplomas to veterans of certain other conflicts or wars.”
